Hydraulic Rod End Bearing HCR12S Product Overview
HCR12S-60 is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing for larger cylinder-side linkage assemblies. It combines a GS400 nodular cast iron housing with a bearing shell and inner ring made from 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground; phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment. It uses a right-hand M42x2 thread.
The size-60 configuration has a 160 mm outer diameter, 44 mm inner ring width, 38 mm bearing width, 150 mm medium length, 68 mm diameter, 57 mm thread length, 230 mm overall length. Published performance values are 43-120 μm internal clearance, 245 kN dynamic load rating, 380 kN static load rating, 134 mm collar diameter, 6° tilt angle, 210 Nm torque, and approximately 7150 g weight.
Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412. The stated operating range is -50°C to +150°C. Confirm the cylinder geometry, side-load condition, clearance, lubrication access, and final material requirements against the HCR12S specification before production release.
