Hydraulic Rod End Bearing HCR20U Product Overview
HCR20U-120 is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing for larger cylinder-side linkage assemblies. It combines a GS400 nodular cast iron housing with a bearing shell and inner ring made from 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground; phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment. It uses a right-hand M130x3 thread.
The size-120 configuration has a 340 mm outer diameter, 85 mm inner ring width, 90 mm bearing width, 310 mm medium length, 172 mm diameter, 135 mm thread length, 490 mm overall length. Published performance values are 65-165 μm internal clearance, 950 kN dynamic load rating, 2900 kN static load rating, 257 mm collar diameter, 6° tilt angle, 710 Nm torque, and approximately 72000 g weight.
Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412. The stated operating range is -50°C to +150°C. A GE..LO spherical plain bearing can be supplied on request, subject to the selected size and application. Confirm the cylinder geometry, side-load condition, clearance, lubrication access, and final material requirements against the HCR20U specification before production release.
