Hydraulic Rod End Bearing HCR25D Product Overview
HCR25D-160 is a metric hydraulic-cylinder rod end bearing for larger cylinder-side linkage assemblies. It combines a GS400 nodular cast iron housing with a bearing shell and inner ring made from 100Cr6 / AISI 52100 bearing steel, hardened and ground; phosphate and molybdenum-disulfide surface treatment. It uses a right-hand M180x4 thread.
The size-160 configuration has a 480 mm outer diameter, 105 mm inner ring width, 110 mm bearing width, 460 mm medium length, 260 mm diameter, 230 mm thread length, 710 mm overall length. Published performance values are 65-192 μm internal clearance, 1370 kN dynamic load rating, 4300 kN static load rating, 290 mm collar diameter, 8° tilt angle, 1100 Nm torque, and approximately 185000 g weight.
Hydraulic grease nipple to DIN 71412. The stated operating range is -50°C to +150°C. Confirm the cylinder geometry, side-load condition, clearance, lubrication access, and final material requirements against the HCR25D specification before production release.
